   3. Business Idea

          The Idea of adding powdered malunggay on the crepe butter came from our teacher from Entrepreneurship subject which is Mr.Teddy B. Gan. He told us on the previous year his students added powdered on lumpiang shanghai wrappers. From there,we thought that we can also add pureed squash. The filling of the crepe are localized and uses fresh fruits.

   

 

4. Brief Description

          Our business channels a contemporary type of theme or concepts that suits to new generation. The product of cre-ffee is an innovation of crepe. We innovated the crepe wrap by adding powdered malunggay leaves and pureed squash which also gives a butter a natural green and orange color. We also have a variety fillings like banana,apple and mango.

B. Market Analysis and Marketing Research

1.0 CHARACTERISTICS

       1.1 Demographic

                    The Fre-ffee will be available to all genders. From people with age ranging from 12-40 years old. The Cre-ffee is so affordable that every person with any amount of income will be able to purchase it even if they are only students and teachers.

          1.2 Psychograhphic

                     The Cre-ffee are for those people who loves to stay healthy but still able to eat dessert. It is also for

those people who loves eating an apple, mango, and banana. The Cre-fee is perfect for a coffee lover and health concious.

          1.3 Behavioural 

                    Today's generation of teens are into sossy things. Since our product is pleasant and instagramable, and also because of their curiousity and the product is new for them they are willing to buy the product for them to try.

        1.4 Needs and Wants

                    Obviously our product is only a "wants" but once they have tried our product they will need this to satisfy their sweet cravings. 

         1.5 Specific Circumtances

                    When theres a situation on the country like, for example, malnutrition we can sell ou product on a more affordable price so that it can help Filipinos to fight malnutrition because our product have fruits and vegetables. Even gluten and glucose that helpsnthe body to be energized.

2.0 7P's

          2.1 Product: 

​                Malunggay crepe and kalabasa crepe is our main product. It is filled with banana, apple, and mango fruits. And for the complementary we will sell an iced coffee.

         2.2 Pricing

  • Malunggay crepe + 1 filling = 17.00

  • Kalabasa crepe + 1 filling = 20.00

                *Additional filling will cost 5.00​

  • Iced coffee = 10.00/ 15.00/20.00

          2.3 Place

                    The Cre-ffee's first store is located at the covered court of the Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated Highschool that is located at the Lagmay Compound, Medina Ville, San Jose Dasmarinas Cavite.

        2.4 Promotion

                   Our product will be promoted using jingles and advertisement using social media platforms plus we will do a sale on the last day.

         2.5 People

                    The target customer of Cre-ffee food stall are who are looking for a snack that is inexpensive but delicious.

         2.6 Positioning

                    The placement of our product should not be positioned near different products like cleaning materials and any non-food product. It should also be kept away from the sunlight and keep refrigerated  if not consume immediately.
